All services are secured at will and terms of payment may vary based on service product or contractual agreement.
Guarantee of Service consists of:
- Written and signed terms of any contractual agreement with Troy C. Management Group.
- Any credit to client account due to overpayment or reversal of fees.
- All payments are due as outlined in any contractual agreement with Troy C. Management Group or based on list prices for individual business or notary services.
- We do not offer refunds for any paid service. Services are considered in progress until contract is either fulfilled or nullified by either party (Client or Troy C. Management Group).
- We require at least 30 days written notice from client to nullify or cancel any active contract pursuant to our Brand Management commitment.
- All outstanding payments or interest due to our agency, must be settled prior to contract fulfillment or nullification.
